Short answer, almost always. Jura machines are built to last, often completing tens of thousands of successful brew cycles. Like any finely calibrated machine, however, they break down, need occasional service, or require fine-tuning/refurbishment (over and above the manufacturer’s built in maintenance, cleaning cycles etc.). Often these involve the brew unit mechanism, the hydraulic/pump/valve system, or the grinding system. We can quickly resolve the majority of problems with parts on hand (typically quicker and cheaper than Jura). Yes. We offer fully refurbished machines for sale. Check our available stock (Espresso S.O.S on Facebook Marketplace), as available units are always changing. If you have a machine that you would like to sell, please fill out our contact form and specify your model and current state of the machine (please note any machine-indicated errors or other operating defects/malfunction). In the event a machine brought in for service cannot be repaired, we are happy to offer a modest salvage price, as certain machines hold potential value to us for parts (depending on model). This disposal option helps keep your  electronic waste out of the landfill. Alternatively, we can offer credit towards trade-in on a refurbished unit from our inventory.

Much quicker than the manufacturer. Typical turnaround time is a week to ten days, depending on our backlog. In some cases, repairs will require a part that we do not have in inventory which will affect repair time. We notify our customers every step of the way.

Not at this time. We will sporadically accept other machines if we have the parts, but our focus is Jura repair.
